About The Position

The position involves driving sales through effective merchandise presentation, ensuring accurate pricing, proper signage, inventory levels, and cleanliness of the area. The role requires assessing economic trends and community needs, overseeing the stocking and rotation of merchandise, setting up and organizing product displays, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Additionally, the position leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. It emphasizes exceptional customer service standards and managing customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs and complaints are resolved effectively. The role also includes supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, controlling unexplained loss of merchandise, and improving profitability by identifying performance goals. The position requires conducting operational reviews, monitoring safety and risk controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year's experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year's experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• 2 years' experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.
• Acquisition of a current, state issued Certificate of Eligibility if applicable.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and/or firearms authorized training.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership.
• Certification in an asset protection related field.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
