About The Position

The position involves various responsibilities related to Asset Protection, Employee Health and Safety, Partnership Collaboration, Data and Digital Literacy, EHS Training Delivery, Influential Communication, Process Improvement, Environmental Protection, and Operational Excellence. The role requires knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and procedures, and the ability to support facility security staff, monitor access control equipment, conduct audits, and manage training programs. Requirements

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports facility security staff and monitors access control equipment.
• Addresses employee health and safety issues within assigned scope of responsibility.
• Conducts compliance safety and food safety audits and reviews.
• Creates audit reports and acts as an associate interface for workers compensation issues.
• Owns the delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others.
• Gathers and interprets data information and content in a digital environment.
• Supports the activities of instructors or learning facilitators in training programs.
• Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly and concisely within scope of work.
• Supports the implementation of process improvement strategies for assigned area.
• Implements Walmart's established environmental policies and procedures.
