About The Position

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field.

Responsibilities

• Support facility security staff and monitor access control equipment.
• Conduct compliance safety and food safety audits and reviews.
• Analyze and report on workers' compensation claims.
• Support the implementation of OSHA guidelines and address employee health and safety issues.
• Gather and interpret data in a digital environment and create reports.
• Support training programs and solicit feedback from participants.
• Organize and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement strategies and root cause analysis.
• Implement environmental policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Clarify operational functions and comply with company policies and standards.
