About The Position

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a retail or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for the assigned area by managing staffing and scheduling.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring compliance with logistics and company policies.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by providing feedback and identifying training needs.
• Manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot systems applications in collaboration with the Information Systems Division and vendors.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to support business needs and improve action plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
