Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for the assigned area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, ensuring necessary repairs are completed.
• Oversee troubleshooting of systems applications in collaboration with the Information Systems Division and vendors.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to support the development and execution of action plans.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
• Model compliance with company policies and support the company mission and values.
