About The Position

The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
  • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by managing staffing and scheduling.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
  • Identify concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers and determine corrective actions.
  • Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  • Manage the execution of QA guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation.
  • Manage troubleshooting of systems applications with ISD and vendors.
