Responsibilities

  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing.
  • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by managing staffing and scheduling.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
  • Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.

  • Manage the execution of QA guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation.
