The Reliability Operations Area Manager will help lead our reliability team in the upkeep of our automation, robots, conveyance, and building in our fulfillment center. You'll ensure peak performance and minimal downtime across advanced systems, from conveyor networks to robotic picking units. Requirements

• Background in automation and industrial maintenance
• Knowledge and adherence around LOTO and safety compliance
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Continuous improvement – Ability to consistently identify opportunities in safety, process, and engagement
• Ability to lead and manage associates and partner with other departments

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical training to maintenance technicians on safety, process, and compliance
• Partner with other departments to identify and optimize process and safety
• Perform audits and administrative tasks to ensure proper tracking of KPIs, inventory, compliance, and safety
• Understand KPIs and develop plans on how to improve metrics
• Use of CMMS and other sources to document and communicate
