Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field.
  • 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment.
  • 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a work or project team.
  • 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing.
  • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by managing staffing and scheduling.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
  • Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by monitoring performance and providing feedback.
  • Manage maintenance department daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor financial aspects by tracking expenses and capital expenditures.
