About The Position

This role is for the Weekend Day Shift. The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. The individual will implement the business plan for their area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Responsibilities also include monitoring and managing productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies. The role requires identifying concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers and determining corrective actions. Additionally, the position involves supervising and developing associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring and training processes. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience.
