About The Position

The position involves a comprehensive understanding of data and digital literacy, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, influential communication, and transportation operations. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.

Nice To Haves

• 1 or More Degreed Certifications (Associate Safety Professional; Loss Prevention Certifications, Certified Security Professional).
• 2 or more years of investigative experience or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Articulates the levers that influence data and ensures data quality.
• Operates tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution.
• Supports regulatory visits and prepares audit reports.
• Participates in evaluating pollution control and management.
• Explains operational functions and key roles of assigned department.
• Owns the delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others.
• Participates in OSHA and other regulatory inspections.
• Works with tools for theft prevention and investigates security breaches.
• Supports training programs and manages feedback solicitation.
• Produces and interprets risk assessment reports.
• Defines critical workflows for executing key processes.
• Communicates credibly and concisely within the scope of work.
• Ensures compliance with transportation-related laws and regulations.
