About The Position

We are seeking an HRSD Product Analyst with a strong background in Product/Business Analysis and specific experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in product analysis and a minimum of 2 years working with ServiceNow HRSD. This role involves supporting HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) by gathering requirements, designing workflows, and configuring HRSD solutions. The candidate must possess hands-on HRSD configuration experience, a solid understanding of HRSD architecture, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements
