The Product Analyst (PA) IT Lead for MedTech RD Product Lifecycle Management is responsible for leading the delivery of sustaining system updates for the enterprise-wide PLM platform, PTC Windchill. This role requires a deep functional understanding of the PLM system solution and data architecture to enable the digital thread of product data to external systems and data consumers. The position involves understanding user challenges and system opportunities, translating them into detailed user stories, requirements, and bugs, and supporting documentation such as process flows, mockups, and system-specific functional design guidance. The PA will evaluate requests for technical feasibility and alignment with existing solution architecture, generate fit-gap analysis based on the current state of the system and business process against proposed requirements or business use cases, and lead a squad by setting priorities, defining scope, and communicating the future roadmap vision to developers, testers, and stakeholders that are globally distributed. Additionally, the PA will educate partners on PLM capabilities and data architecture, drive production system issues to actionable next steps, and partner with technical and business partners to analyze root causes and impacts to generate holistic solutions.
