As our US Workplace Experience Coordinator (WXC), you'll play a key role in Akeneo's employee experience by supporting the smooth, welcoming and efficient operation of our Boston office. We recently moved to a fantastic new home in the Downtown/Financial district, and are looking for an enthusiastic workplace professional who enjoys creating great experiences for others. As part of Akeneo's People Experience function, the US WXC will serve as a warm, reliable point of contact for our US team, both in person and digitally for our remote and hybrid employees. You'll report to the Chief People Experience Officer, based in Paris, and your work will focus on office operations, communications, hospitality and events, business support, and overall employee experience. This role is fully on-site, 5 days per week. Our Workplace Experience team's mission is: 'To operate and sustain a portfolio of inspiring environments that facilitate purposeful experiences and empower our thriving communities.
