The Opportunity As part of the US Tech team you will define and execute the Human-AI Interaction Design strategy for our innovative AI solutions. As a Manager you will motivate and mentor junior designers, lead collaborative workshops, and drive the transformation of end-to-end processes on a global scale, making sure that our designs are both impactful and user-centric.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 4 years of experience in UX design with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products or agentic solutions

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrating in-depth abilities in user interface design
  • Leading Human-AI Interaction design strategy
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Championing responsible design practices and ethical AI
  • Designing for accessibility and inclusivity

  • Developing error handling and recovery strategies
  • Orchestrating the lifecycle of human-AI conversational experiences
