The Sales Operations Compliance & Contracts (SOCC) team is composed of 11 dedicated members who work both remotely and from our Mississauga/Toronto offices. We thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that we manage our tasks efficiently and with great care. Additionally, we work closely with various departments within PointClickCare, including Sales, Legal, and Finance, to ensure seamless collaboration and support for our clients. This role is part of a dedicated team of 11 individuals who focus on our customer’s experience through meticulous customer data validation related to finance and legal compliance with quotes. The Sales Operations Compliance & Contracts Rep works closely with various departments, including Sales, Legal, Marketplace, and Finance, to deliver seamless internal customer service while strictly adhering to corporate compliance policies. The team plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective processes to enhance our service delivery.
