About The Position

The Sales Operations Compliance & Contracts (SOCC) team is composed of 11 dedicated members who work both remotely and from our Mississauga/Toronto offices. We thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that we manage our tasks efficiently and with great care. Additionally, we work closely with various departments within PointClickCare, including Sales, Legal, and Finance, to ensure seamless collaboration and support for our clients. This role is part of a dedicated team of 11 individuals who focus on our customer’s experience through meticulous customer data validation related to finance and legal compliance with quotes. The Sales Operations Compliance & Contracts Rep works closely with various departments, including Sales, Legal, Marketplace, and Finance, to deliver seamless internal customer service while strictly adhering to corporate compliance policies. The team plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective processes to enhance our service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization skills and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills.
  • Salesforce or NetSuite experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a contact for internal customers, managing a high volume of requests and issues.
  • Process the high volume of Marketplace requests by creating opportunities and sales orders in NetSuite legacy system.
  • Process the re-contracting requests with the Customer Success Management teams.
  • Responsible for pricing and deal compliance, analysis, and reporting to support the contract process.
  • Process the wet sign requests by reviewing & setting up the documents for internal signatures, moving the opportunity to Stage 7 and creating an Agreement Reference in Salesforce.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $26.83 - $31.20 USD.
  • Paid in an hourly rate based on a 40 hour work week.
  • 4% per hour in lieu of benefits and paid time off.
