About The Position
As our Senior Emerging Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Region), you will play a pivotal role in discovering exceptional early-career talent, driving volume recruitment strategies, and advancing our commitment to diversity and inclusion. This strategic yet hands-on role involves leading the full recruitment lifecycle-from partnering closely with hiring managers to provide guidance and standard methodologies, through to extending offers and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You'll lead regional intern program activities, mentor two team members, and act as the regional expert on talent recruitment. Collaboration across People, Engineering, and Academic teams will position you to influence how Arm attracts and cultivates future innovators. Reporting directly to the Global Recruitment Manager, this role offers the opportunity to significantly impact Arm's talent strategy and shape an inclusive workforce that powers tomorrow's technology.
