About The Position
J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. Wealth Management, which includes the US Private Bank, helps individuals, families and foundations take a more intentional approach to their wealth or finances to better define, focus and realize their goals. The Strategy team manages mission-critical projects ranging from developing growth strategies, to assessing and planning entry into new markets, to implementing organizational restructurings and operational efficiencies, and more. Projects are typically team-based and include close collaboration with senior executives. As a US Private Bank Strategy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in propelling key projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting and managing detailed analyses, and creating comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business enhancement, and optimization. You will also participate in various internal consulting initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior team members in conducting analysis and research, and work extensively with other colleagues across Asset and Wealth Management, including investment professionals, client advisors/market managers, and functional teams. This role offers you the chance to formulate and present recommendations to senior leadership and engage in regular interactions with senior management.
