About The Position

Represent is a UK-born premium streetwear brand operating at the intersection of fashion, culture, and innovation. As our global presence accelerates, the US market is a critical driver of future growth, demanding constant insight, experimentation, and adaptability. Represent’s US business is being built as a high-impact, entrepreneurial engine: fast-moving, experimental, and deeply connected to modern commerce and culture. Working in close partnership with Represent HQ in the UK, the US team will combine strong local ownership with global alignment, pushing boundaries and executing at speed. We are seeking an experienced US Merchandising Manager to join our US team, based in Los Angeles, CA, to challenge global product assumptions, uncover commercial and range opportunities, and ensure the US consumer voice is embedded in global product and merchandising decisions. Role Overview The US Merchandising Manager blends hands-on merchandising execution with deep market and consumer insight. Reporting directly to the Brand President, North America (or another individual designated by the company’s CEO). This role is designed for a commercially curious, forward-thinking leader who continuously explores what’s next across product, pricing, and consumer behaviour. This is not a static merchandising role, it requires initiative, pace, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience in merchandising, buying, or product analysis
  • Strong experience and knowledge of fashion, premium streetwear, and performance apparel
  • Commercially curious and data-driven
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, evolving environments
  • Ambitious and motivated by personal and business growth

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise the US DTC site to drive performance and storytelling
  • Analyze sell-through, category performance, sizing, and pricing dynamics
  • Conduct ongoing research into competitors, trends, and emerging brands
  • Capture insights from wholesale partners, retail activity, and local culture
  • Translate US market learnings into actionable feedback for UK product teams
  • Own US planning, including demand forecasts, inventory targets, and buy quantities and manage purchase orders (creation, approvals, tracking, & on-time receipts) for the US market
  • Support seasonal planning with a US-first perspective
  • Partner with Marketing and E-commerce to align launches and narratives
