About The Position

Baringa is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager in the US to help raise awareness and generate interest in the company among target audiences. The role involves developing and delivering a marketing strategy for the US, collaborating with teams across the country and the London HQ. The Marketing Manager will work across various sectors, including energy, financial services, consumer goods, and technology, with a focus on climate change solutions and sustainability. This position reports to the International Marketing Senior Manager and is integral to the global marketing team.

Requirements

• Strategic marketing experience in a B2B environment, particularly in a professional services firm in the US.
• Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and selecting tactics to drive business growth.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies from the ground up.
• Campaign management experience with measurable results.
• Experience delivering US marketing initiatives within a global organization.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and coach senior business stakeholders.
• Experience in line management and team management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts in the US and develop the US marketing strategy.
• Build and deliver a US marketing plan aligned with the global marketing plan.
• Design and deliver marketing campaigns tailored for a US audience.
• Collaborate with the London HQ marketing team to leverage global campaigns.
• Promote campaigns in the US market with a focus on digital advertising and partnerships.
• Work with a US-based PR agency to drive media coverage.
• Develop marketing strategies to support the growth of large accounts.
• Drive US representation in brand messaging and communications.
• Measure marketing results and make recommendations for future strategies.
• Support the development of Baringa's new marketing function.
