Developing our people is critical to our strategy and fostering our culture of empowerment. A Brief Overview Prepare and analyze financial data and reports. Forecast, budget and participate in special projects. Assist with Month end financial preparation, bank reporting and periodic audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• 1-3 years Experience in a financial analysis role.
• Good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient computer and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of various ERP and reporting systems required.
• Knowledge of statistical measurement, mathematics, and computer applications is essential.
• Computer literate in current software and financial analysis software.
• Proficient with database entry and query software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial reports and analysis that help Division President and other managers better understand the financial trends within the business, and the external factors impacting the business.
• Forecast a budget and long-term planning process.
• Develop monthly forecasts as required by USLBM or executives.
• Prepare Month end financial data.
• Complete special projects as assigned by VP of Finance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adhere to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.

Benefits

• Annual base salary of $75K - $90K.
