About The Position

This full-time position at Schneider Electric involves managing the Ai lead generation bot pipeline, ensuring the lead qualification process for NSF Industrial sellers is fully vetted, developed, and handed off. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales, marketing, or communications experience preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in developing programs, training, and tools
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build bridges quickly across complex organizations
  • Self-starter with ambition to 'do different' and drive change

Responsibilities

  • Manage Ai lead generation bot pipeline and follow up
  • Ensure the lead qualification process for NSF Industrial sellers is fully vetted, developed, and handed off
  • Monitor and report on health of Ai bot programs for NSF Industrial
  • Work with stakeholders such as the Industrial Marketing team and offer management to continuously innovate and test new activations to help drive growth for the business
  • Have ownership of the NSF Industrial SharePoint site and other sales enablement tools that streamline or automate sales processes
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify areas where programs, promotions, collateral, or tools may improve the sales process
  • Create sales materials and resources, including presentations, sales scripts, and proposal templates
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to develop, launch, and track success of sales programs and tools
