Requirements
- Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- Experience: 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
- Technology-Driven Mindset: Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and work effectively with clients, attorneys, and analysts.
- Commitment to Accuracy & Compliance: Strong attention to detail in legal filings and a deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
- Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
- Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
- Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.
