Requirements

• Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• Experience: 4+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
• Technology-Driven Mindset: Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation.
• Exceptional Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and work effectively with clients, attorneys, and analysts.
• Commitment to Accuracy & Compliance: Strong attention to detail in legal filings and a deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies.
