The US Compliance and Benefits Specialist position is responsible for providing support for the U.S -based DRiV compliance processes by coordinating requirement documentation, monitoring deadlines, partnering with internal stakeholders, and maintaining audit-ready records across assigned compliance domains. This position will also support the administration of employee health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and other ancillary programs for our DRiV business. The position is based in Skokie, IL, and reports directly to Executive Director, Total Rewards DRiV and dotted line to the Senior Manager, Benefit.
