Reporting to EVP HR, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, the US Head of Risk HR Business Partners is a Director-level role that is responsible for deploying and coordinating HR policies within their area of responsibility, in line with business requirements. They will lead consistent implementation while also managing and coordinating day-to-day HR Business Partnering functions. Importantly this role will not partner with a specific client group, but instead ensures the delivery of a world class employee experience and ensures the effective use of HR resources across the global HR function to enable the overall delivery of HR services to the business.
