Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment.
Use 10x microscopes, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges.
Enter SAP data entries, when necessary.
Perform line clearances and changeovers, adjust overall and point length, reset lid and base cycles, replace flippers grippers, grippers, blue sponge, magnet, and O-rings.
Help maintain inventory of spare parts and prepare for upcoming work on the lines.
Troubleshoot machines and help identify methods to increase efficiency of the lines.
Ensure the quality of all product produced.
Perform quality checks as designated.
Ensure assigned equipment is maintained and in working order.
Process SAP and MES transactions for department.
Assist in the BDA process to identify root causes.
Perform duties in accordance with GMP principles.
Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

High School diploma/GED preferred
In lieu of High School diploma/GED, five years manufacturing experience is required
Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Work effectively on own, or in a team atmosphere - Proficient
Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient
Teamwork - Proficient
Organization skills, detailed oriented - Basic
