About The Position

The position facilitates growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships. It maintains an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications. The role involves acting as an escalation point for complex client issues, leading the structuring of high-value, complex deals, overseeing credit approvals, and driving pricing coordination. The individual will manage high-value client portfolios, implement cross-selling initiatives, and represent the bank at industry forums. The position also requires engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver reports on team performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial Banking Equipment Finance.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the Florida Market.
  • Experience with Direct Originators.
  • Experience with end-to-end deals, initiation to close.
  • Ability to manage existing client relations and enhance relations.
  • Ability to assist Bankers with end-to-end deals.
  • Ability to analyze and improve pricing and products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Expert level of proficiency in Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Structuring Deals, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Building.

  • Acts as an escalation point for complex client issues, using strategic problem-solving to resolve conflicts and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Leads the structuring of high-value, complex deals, and credit approvals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Oversees credit approvals and drives pricing coordination, acting as the primary client advocate.
  • Drives negotiations for high-value, complex transactions and credit approvals.
  • Manages high-value client portfolios, driving cross-selling, retention, and profitability.
  • Implements cross-selling initiatives, driving client engagement and transitioning opportunities into revenue-generating sales.
  • Leads market coverage strategies to expand portfolios and identify opportunities.
  • Represents the bank at industry forums and conferences.
  • Engages with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
  • Delivers reports to the bank’s leadership on team performance and market trends.
  • Drives strategic advisory on loan products and ensures tailored solutions.
  • Builds and maintains strong long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Structures deals, secures credit approvals, and negotiates high-value transactions.
  • Analyzes market trends and client industry developments.
  • Works closely with internal teams to define products and strategies.
  • Identifies share of wallet opportunities.
  • Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance policies.
