US Custody Account Manager (Max $47/hr W2)
About The Position
Responsibilities: Serve as a senior custody Account Manager in charge of financial institutions (banks, brokers, hedge funds.) Act as an entry point of contact with the clients and act as subject matter expert on client servicing and related activity for Local and Global Custody Ensure accurate responses to client requests and queries Participate to clients conference calls and meetings Adherence to all US regulations as related to the services offered, along with the adherence to internal bank and business line procedures and policies. Adherence to internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses Deliver constant high quality of service Provide clients with ad hoc reports as agreed in the SLA (client cash forecast, KPI ...) Ensure the coordination and the communication between the internal operations teams and the client Prepare reporting requested by clients auditors Participate to client onboarding calls and perform the account opening in systems Support and complete projects and initiatives as assigned
