About The Position

The Content Strategist supports the marketing team by shaping content initiatives, optimizing messaging, and guiding campaign development. This role will focus on high-level strategy and content innovation, ensuring alignment with customer needs, marketing objectives, and sales enablement efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze content performance, refine messaging, and develop strategic frameworks for content initiatives that drive engagement and conversions. Leverage AI tools available to work more efficiently and to streamline the content strategy process.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in content strategy, marketing campaign development, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and content-driven sales enablement.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in healthcare marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Experience leading content workshops, brainstorming sessions, and marketing strategy discussions.

  • Develop & Optimize Content Strategy – Shape and refine customer-centric content strategies to improve engagement and drive demand. Leverage AI tools available to work more efficiently and streamline the strategy process.
  • Campaign Messaging & Storytelling – Provide strategic guidance on upsell campaigns, demand generation, and educational content.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making – Work with analytics teams to evaluate content performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Embed with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities and resonates with target audiences.
  • Content Framework & Best Practices – Establish strategic guidelines for content positioning, brand storytelling, and audience segmentation to enhance marketing effectiveness rooted in SEO/GEO best practices.
