About The Position

The responsibilities for this position include working on the Background Verification (BGV) process for the US, coordinating with vendors and employees to complete the verification, triggering new checks for candidates, and ensuring a smooth BGV process. The role also involves document collection, scanning, and uploading documents to the internal portal. Additionally, the position requires delivering excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries, providing product support, and maintaining logs of customer interactions. The candidate will also be responsible for building capability to ensure operational excellence and maintaining superior customer service levels.
