Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management in the US, The US Account Director will be instrumental in retaining, developing and growing relationships and business with our strategic customers in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue within an existing portfolio of customer accounts through adding new products and upselling services, as well as driving revenue retention from these customers. The role will come with targets for 1) Growing Annual Recurring Revenue and 2) Revenue Retention.
