Manufacturing - 1st Shift Urschel Operator

Operate and maintain Urschel machine used in processing (cutting vegetables, cheese, eggs, etc.) ingredients for mixing the production of Mrs. Gerry’s salads. You’ll join a collaborative and growth-minded production team. You’ll report to the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- No prior experience or training is necessary, although it is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Know and follow HACCP program.
- Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wear all required personal protective equipment. For more information see policy.
- Assemble and sanitize Urschel machine.
- Know cuts of products to go into the salads.
- Maintain accurate production records.
