Summary of Essential Functions Responsible and accountable for the operations management and performance of the assigned practice(s). Manages all non-provider staff, which includes but is not limited to staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and conducting regular staff meetings. Manages the practice revenue cycle through coordination and communication with practice front office staff and the URPG Business Office. Ensures a productive, patient-centric atmosphere that promotes excellence in customer service and patient care.
