Urology Technician - Female
About The Position
The urology technician is an individual who, through didactic and supervised practice, has acquired the knowledge and developed the skills necessary for providing urinary catheterizations, urinary drainage tube irrigations, ultrasonic bladder scanning, and reinforcement of home-going education related to self-catheterization or urinary drainage tube irrigations. The urology technician is responsible for responding to calls in the inpatient and ambulatory setting at both the St. Marys campus and downtown/Methodist campus.
