Urology Physician – St. Cloud or Willmar, Minnesota
About The Position
Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers, supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota. Be part of a highly skilled, collaborative team that values professional growth. Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general urology care, with the option to sub-specialize, supported by advanced OR suites with dedicated urology block time, on-site lab and imaging services, and access to da Vinci robotic surgery at multiple locations. The practice is supported by hospital-based APPs and urology technicians, with robust referrals from more than 30 CentraCare primary care and specialty clinics, as well as external partners, and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics.

- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
