About The Position

South Bend Clinic, a member of Duly Health and Care, is recruiting for an enthusiastic & driven experienced Urologist to join our highly reputable physician led and owned multi-specialty group. This is a great opportunity to join the largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinic in Indiana with an established patient population and built-in referral base. The position is available due to physician retirement in 2024, and the clinic offers a supportive environment with shared call responsibilities and a focus on work/life balance.

Requirements

• American Board Certified.
• Very collegial and friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide high quality patient care.
• Team oriented, positive, and patient centered.
• Demonstrated core behaviors: Compassion, Integrity, Teamwork, Trust and Respect.

Nice To Haves

• Prior practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join 1 existing rheumatologist in a long standing practice with an established patient panel.
• Provide high quality patient care.
• Participate in shared call, rarely needing to go into the hospital while on-call, averaging 1-2 times per month.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with 2 family medicine residencies & IU School of Medicine.
• Share in the profits of the surgery center & all on-site ancillary services.
