PRN - Remote UROLOGY PHYSICIAN Utilization Review
About The Position
Founded in 1983, Medical Review Institute of America (MRIoA) is a nationally recognized Independent Review Organization (IRO) specializing in technology-driven utilization management and clinical medical review solutions. We’re a leader in Peer and Utilization Reviews, known for excellence and continuous improvement. We’re seeking Board-Certified physicians in UROLOGY with a current MINNESOTA, TEXAS or NEW MEXICO medical license to provide expert Utilization Reviews. This is a flexible, remote opportunity requiring just 1–2 hours per week, could be more if you prefer . Why Consider Peer Review Work? Requirements
- MD or DO, currently Board Certified in UROLOGY
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in UROLOGY
- Unrestricted MINNESOTA, TEXAS or NEW MEXICO medical license
- Strong computer and online navigation skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship is not available)
- Workers are required to adhere to all applicable HIPAA regulations and company policies and procedures regarding the confidentiality, privacy, and security of sensitive health information.
