About The Position

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Board-Certified Urology Physician to provide on-site clinical services to Veterans. The physician will deliver comprehensive urologic care in collaboration with an integrated medical team dedicated to excellence in Veteran healthcare. This is a full-time, onsite position providing Urology Physician Services. The selected provider will play an essential role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of urologic conditions while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification in Urology (required).
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with Veterans preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum urology care including diagnosis, consultation, and treatment.
  • Perform urologic procedures and surgeries consistent with scope of practice and credentialing.
  • Conduct outpatient evaluations and follow-up visits.
  • Collaborate with VA medical staff and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
  • Document all encounters and clinical findings accurately within the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and case conferences as required.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and credentialing standards.
