The Urology Opportunity at Prevea Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offers a unique chance to join a comprehensive Urology practice that emphasizes high-quality patient care while maintaining a collaborative work-life balance. The practice consists of five Urologists and four Nurse Practitioners, all dedicated to providing exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have general urology training and be prepared for call coverage, with a preference for those with a focused interest in Urologic Oncology, whether or not they have fellowship training. Extensive experience in robotic-assisted laparoscopy, including procedures such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy, is required. The call schedule is structured to ensure a balanced workload, with a 1:5 weeknight call and 1:12 weekend call, which is shared city-wide. The clinic is fully staffed and equipped with seven procedure suites that facilitate a range of urologic services, including on-site vasectomy, ultrasound, cystoscopy, Urocuff, and fluoro-urodynamics, along with 13 exam rooms. Surgical services are collaborative with sister hospitals, which include access to two da Vinci robots. Additionally, the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is capable of handling a full range of urologic services, and there is a dedicated Prevea After Hours nurse triage to assist with patient calls outside of clinic hours. This position also offers a teaching opportunity with medical students and/or residents, making it an excellent choice for those interested in academic medicine.
