About The Position

Parkview Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our Urology Hospitalist team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position is only the second Urology Hospitalist Practice in Indiana! Physicians will enjoy a Hospitalist schedule, flexibility, while still getting competitive compensation and benefits. The work schedule will be every 3rd week, with a minimum of 1,050 hours annually. The work week will be Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with on-call hours from 6 PM to 8 AM, and rounding on weekends. The team includes 13 physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers and works primarily at our Parkview Regional Medical Center campus located on the north side of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with da Vinci Robotic Surgery.
• Familiarity with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Interest in advanced treatment options for urinary incontinence.

Responsibilities

• Provide urology hospitalist services including patient care, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend rounding.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Utilize advanced surgical treatment options and diagnostic studies.
