Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time Our Purpose: The Urology Biostatistician Team is responsible for applying statistical and research methodological principles to the design, execution and analysis of clinical studies that assess the safety and efficacy of medical devices. Your Opportunity: As a Biostatistics intern at Boston Scientific, you will learn about the role of statistics in the medical device industry and work with experienced biostatisticians and programmers to Prepare data for summarization and statistical analysis, to include joining data sets and deriving variables Develop automated checks for data accuracy Produce data summaries Perform statistical analyses Your Impact: Your work will help to advance clinical data on Boston Scientific medical devices, meet the requirements of regulatory bodies, and ensure the safety and efficacy of healthcare interventions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing graduate-level coursework in Statistics or Biostatistics.
  • Proficiency in SAS programming includes the data step and preferably the reporting of data summaries and statistical analyses.
  • Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th - August 7th, 2026.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the Minnetonka, MN, Boston Scientific Corporate location.
