About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Urology team in Peoria, Illinois. This position consists of clinic only duties with occasional hospital rounding and consults, as needed. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with no night or weekend call. The provider will join a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
• Work or clinical experience in surgical specialty and/or inpatient care is required
• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse OR physician assistant licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a urology clinic setting
• Perform hospital rounding and consults as needed
• Coordinate care using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in patient education and follow-up care
