Shift Schedule: Mon -Fri; 8a -4p

Call Schedule: 5 -6 days per month

- Nights: 5p -7a

- Weekend: 7a -7a

Call Volume: 80% Callback; 20% Consults

Call Ratio: 1:6

Patient Volume: 20 -25

Avg No. of Surgeries per month: 20 -30

Rounding included: Yes

Support Staff: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Front Office Staffs

Procedures:

- General Urology (clinic & routine care)

- Bread & Butter Urology

- Robotic available

Other Info:

- Hospitalist will do the admission

- Will be the sole provider

EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active WA License or IMLC
• BC/BE (If BE, 0 -5 years upon residency completion)
• BLS, ACLS
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
