Requirements
- Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: TBD
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of urology experience
- Other Qualifications: Ability to provide independent on-call coverage
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for urology services
- Respond to emergency urologic consults and procedures
- Collaborate with APP and hospital staff for patient care
- Document all encounters in Cerner EMR
- Comply with hospital policies and credentialing requirements
