Prioritize excellent patient care, top notch outcomes, and quality of life for both ourselves and our patients. Teach Residents from PGY1 to PGY5 in the Urology Department, be involved in the OB/GYN Department Residency teaching, and become involved in the medical school. Busy clinic and OR schedule – NPs supplement physicians in clinic, with two robotic PA's for OR support. Call is typically 1 week in every 5 weeks, with Residents. The Urology Department is structured with a PA, specifically dedicated to streamlining the patient's pre-operative workup and surgical scheduling, and a research fellow at SUNY Downstate to assist with research coordination. We invite newly fellowship trained graduates to a supportive environment, and equally welcome a seasoned urogynecologist to augment our rapidly growing Department.
