A busy, thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High-demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state patients—strong earning potential from day one, with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician. Join the team at Lubbock Urology Clinic, a well-established multi-physician urology practice with locations on both North and South in Lubbock, TX. Our skilled team of physicians and advanced practice providers is committed to delivering comprehensive, cutting-edge urologic care—staying abreast of the latest procedures and technologies to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients. Requirements

  • MD degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
  • Board-certified/board-eligible required
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient/outpatient settings
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage [specialty-specific conditions]
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives

  • Exceptional Earning Potential: After the first year, physicians can expect to make $1.2+ million annually based on market assessment and fee-for-service collections.
