Practice Highlights: Balanced Schedule: weekly mix of OR and clinic time Four call shifts per month with the opportunity to take more and earn extra compensation. Every call shift above the 2nd per month is considered additional compensation. Ample patient volume. Plenty of work to develop your own niche and be as busy as you want to be. Supportive team-based approach within the Urology group including APC, RN, and MA support Do the work that you want to do, focus on being a urologist with support from clinic/hospital staff. Mentorship within the group. We want you to be successful. Senior partners will help you grow your practice. Procedures: General Bread and Butter with dedicated OR block time. Requirements

  • MD/DO., board eligible or certified in Urology.
  • State of New Mexico Medical License.

Responsibilities

  • Treat a vast spectrum of urological cases and acuity levels.
  • A weekly mix of clinic, OR, and call time
  • Call is taken in rotation with the physician group.
  • Manages the physician/patient relationship.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
  • Performs other functions as required.
