Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
- Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
- Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills, with a patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Perform urologic procedure as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage treatment plans
- Provide follow-up care and ongoing management for chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
