About The Position

Southeast Urogyn is growing and seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Urogynecologist to join their multidisciplinary team dedicated to advanced care for women with pelvic floor disorders. The well-established practice delivers comprehensive urogynecologic care, blending medical and surgical expertise to improve quality of life for patients with conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful bladder syndrome, and more. The practice is a 10-provider team including urogynecologists, gynecologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. The role involves performing advanced procedures including minimally invasive surgeries, vaginal rejuvenation, mesh repairs, and managing complex pelvic floor disorders with access to surgical robotics and a dedicated urogynecology surgery center. The schedule is balanced, including clinical days in Flowood and Madison, telehealth from home, and scheduled OR time. Call responsibility is minimal with nursing staff providing first call coverage. The environment is supportive, focusing on professional growth and clinical excellence, suitable for both newly fellowship-trained and experienced professionals, with a robust patient volume of over 1000 cases annually. Hospital privileges are at Merit Health River Oaks (Flowood, MS) and there is a satellite location in Madison, MS with a dedicated urogynecology surgery center. The practice has experienced and supportive clinical and administrative staff and follows a patient-centered, quality-driven care model.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology)
  • Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure

Responsibilities
